Strategic Task Analysis Report (STAR)

The strategic task analysis report will require the submission of a written report on a case to be assigned from the textbook containing the following:

1. Problem Analysis: Identifying all major and minor problems of the Nucor Corporation.

2. Selecting a major problem and formulating alternative strategies to solve the problem

3. Select the best alternative and develop an implementation plan to execute the

strategy. The implementation plan must answer the questions such as Who will do

What, When, and How? You must address the 10 strategy implementation tasks.
