Students can select their preferred case study and discuss on any 3 topics from below in the organisation's working environment. Each student must have different organization.

Students should provide the self reflection on the three topics selected and explain the following: - 1. What skills you are having to work in the industry. 2. What training needs should be satisfied to fill the gaps identified. 3. How the new skills gained will improve the performance in the organisation. 4. How the new skills and experience will provide career advancement in the future.

7. Motivational approach to work design 8. Management and leadership development interventions.

Recommendations proposed are to be supported with justifications.
