Students will develop a 3-5 page summary describing a 1-2 hour training program to teach a specific skill or group of skills to a group of trainees. The seminar must include (a) description of the training program, (b) describe active training techniques and BST, and (c) describe one or more methods of assessing trainee competence after the training is finished.
