Students will develop a summary describing a 1-2 hour training program to teach teeth brushing skill or group of skills to a group of trainees. The seminar must include (a) description of the training program, (b) describe active training techniques and BST, and (c) describe one or more methods of assessing trainee competence after the training is finished.

Summary must include the following below:

An operationalized description of the skill(s) to be taught.

Measurable training objectives.

A detailed explanation of each training activity and duration.

A cost-benefit analysis that includes materials, staff time, and other resources.

A description of how trainee competency will be assessed, including any methods of assessment attached in an appendix.
