terms of employees$$ perception of their quiet promotion responsibilities: $0$ represents a perception of complete absence of

additional work and responsibilities and $10$ represents the highest perception of being loaded with more work and

responsibilities. Furthermore, employee burnout rating was also measured at the interval level, where $0$ indicates a
