1. Read the case of Enrile vs Vinuya GR L-29043

2. Write an essay digest of the case in a clean sheet of paper having the following parts.

Facts- facts are the brief story of the case. You should write what happened in the case, who are the petitioner and the respondents, what is the decision of the CTA or lower court. Facts should be brief as possible.

Issue- usually starts with "weather or not" and followed by the issue that is related to the topic.

Ruling- This is the decision of the supreme court. The issue is the question and the ruling is the answer. In the ruling, there should be the decision of the SC and the rationale for such decision.
