SUPPLY CHAIN AND OPERATION MANAGEMENT 4e - Chapter 2

Chapter 2 talks about the three steps you must go through to achieve strategic fit. For this assignment, identify what these three steps are and then think of your most favorite store you like to shop at and pretend you are the owner of that store and are looking for new suppliers. For each point, to create a set of questions you would ask if you went into a potential supplier and wanted to survey them to see whether or not they'd make for a potentially good fit for you as a supply chain partner.

I'd like to see a minimum of 4 questions for each key point (There are three of them).
