Suppose that you are assigned to a construction project which is planned to be build as early as possible. As a planning engineer you have to find the right sequence of activities in order to complete the project on time. Use Gantt (Bar) Chart and calculate total duration and determine the critical path of the project.

Immediate Predecessor (Finish to Start)

a) Construct Gantt Chart of the project.

b) Identify the critical path. (hint: look for the longest path)
