In this assignment, you will assume the role of a human resources consultant team tasked with developing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for Balanced Bistro. Balanced Bistro is a restaurant in Bozeman, Montana that has successfully established itself post pandemic. With the influx of many tech workers who relocated to Bozeman during the pandemic, Bozeman seems to be a good place to have started a restaurant featuring organic and mostly locally sourced food. The restaurant depends on organic produce from California and Mexico throughout the winter but is able to rely on a few sources locally during the summer and fall. Balanced Bistro made the decision to serve an omnivore menu, and the meat is available from local sources all year round and feature high quality grass$-$fed beef, and organic pasture raised pork and chicken.
