Suzie's Shoes started as a small online retailer selling custom made fashion sneakers. At its inception $20$ years ago, when the internet was still a new phenomenon, the company only had a few employees, but over time it slowly grew to $2000$ employees as the shoes gained popularity worldwide. Two years ago, the company was featured on a popular influencer's TikTok stream, and their popularity exploded overnight. They had to ramp up hiring and construct new warehouses to keep up with a demand, and as a result, their size has doubled to $4000$ employees. Suzie's Shoes has identified three challenges so far: $(1)$ inconsistent quality of shoes, $(2)$ consistently poor customer service for customers who have complaints about the quality of the shoes, and $(3)$ widely varying employee engagement at the corporate headquarters. Due to the rapid growth, Suzie's shoes must reevaluate its employee learning and development strategy. It currently has about $400$ corporate employees, $600$ customer service employees, and $3000$ manufacturing employees.
