Task $1$: Create an html file

$1.$ Create a new folder for assignment $8$ and download the files a$8.$txt and a$8.$css provided in eClass, and

the two image files that you used for assignment $1($MS Word$).$ Start your preferred plain$-$text editor

$($e$.$g$.$ Notepad, Notepad$++,$ Atom, VS Code$)$ and open a$8.$txt in it$.$ Save this file $($File $->$ Save As$)$ as

a$8.$html by appending an $.$html extension to its filename. Alternatively, you can create a blank file in

your editor, copy the content of a$8.$txt to the new file and then save it as a$8.$html$.$

Once saved as HTML$,$ render it using any web browser $($Firefox$,$ Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.$)$ of your

choice. You can do so by either double$-$clicking the file in your file explorer window or click the file and

right click mouse and $$open with$,$ or$,$ clicking and dragging the file from the file explorer onto an open

browser window.

Figure $1$ shows the content of a$8.$html as they would appear in a plain$-$text editor $($the file will be shown

as a blank page in a browser$).$
