Electrical Installation at Letaba Tvet College for a bouble story block with classes, offices and labs. Present a professionally written project proposal, including:

An executive summary;

Create a work breakdown structure $($WBS$)$ for your project using the tools or programmes required by your organisation.

Conduct a risk analysis on your chosen project, clearly showing the impact and likelihood of specific risks. Be sure to determine the risk acceptance criteria, risk acceptability and what action will be proposed to reduce the risk.

Develop the project communication management strategy you could use to communication your project implementation plan to your unit, department or organisation.

Task $2$

Identify a programme or a project that your team, department or organisation has to monitor and evaluate.

Identify the reason or objective for wanting to evaluate this programme or project.

Identify all the relevant role players who should be involved in the monitoring and evaluation of your programme and project. Briefly explain their roles and responsibilities.

Discuss what capacity needs to be developed $($if any$)$ amongst the respective role players to ensure the effective monitoring and evaluation of the programme and project. Develop a plan of action to develop this capacity. $($
