Task 2: Develop a team performance plan For this task, you will be required to review the case study located in Appendix 1 - Assessment case study. The objective of this task is to develop a team performance plan based on the scenario you have just reviewed. There is no word limit for this task, however, half a page per question is recommended. Review the challenges outlined in the team brief and the information you gathered to prepare the document. Your performance plan must include the following items: a. Goals and objectives - outline the overall goal for your action plan and identify and describe four objectives that will contribute to this goal. One of those objectives must deal with workforce capability for training and development purposes. b.
