After developing the systems and processes document, you needs to develop a document addressing and establishing the following, using the meeting outcomes. You may use the Continuous Improvement Process Template below, or a template from your own workplace that meets all the requirements. Specifically, you should address the following:

1. Decision-making processes to assist continuous improvement and communicate to relevant stakeholders
2. Strategies for continuous improvement and encourage team members to participate in decision-making processes
3. Knowledge management systems to capture team progress, insights, and experiences from business activities
4. New systems and processes that facilitate continuous improvement according to improvement needs and opportunities
5. Processes that confirm team members are informed about continuous improvement outcomes.
