Task 2: Implement Change Management Strategy

ASSESSMENT INSTRUCTIONS

This task will require you to develop a Change Management Project Plan to lead and manage organisational change.

Step 1 As you have completed task 1 by now, in which you have identified change required in the organisation and have completed risk assessment and have already consulted with stakeholder, Now is the time when we think about what resources may be required to implement the change and who will be relevant person in the organisation who can lead and manage the change(their position/designation/it could be yourself as well).you also need to think about how long it will take you to implement the change in the organisation, once you have noted all the information please fill in the table below.

Change Requirements List change requirements based on priority.	Personnel Responsible Who is to lead this	Resources Required Include where to obtain or access the resource.	Target Timeframes for Implementation Include specific milestones to achieve per timeframe.

Step 2 Communication Plan

Once you complete step 1 of this task, you now need to think about how you will monitor the change management and in order to think about monitoring process, you need to complete the communication plan below after discussion with a stakeholder

(Relevant stakeholders can be individuals(your classmate/friend/family member) or groups directly impacted by the organisational change you will implement. They must be involved throughout the development, implementation and monitoring process).
