Task 2: Use Case Narrative (20 marks)
The diagram you have just completed provides a very high level and easy to understand overview of all the use cases featured in the Poppel Order Processing system. However, in analysing the user requirements you will have gained a more detailed understanding of the tasks that make up each use of the system. Rather than lose this important information about the system, you can document the detail using a use case narrative or scenario basically a more detailed description of the inner workings of each use case.
The format of these scenarios can be as simple narrative descriptions or a more detailed format often referred to as a fully developed use case. We will use the detailed format.
Using the following template to assist you, develop a use case narrative for the Create Customer Order use case. When you reach the alternative course of events section, start by listing 10 possible alternatives or exceptions. Then write up three of these exceptions in the space provided.
