Task 3 (10%)

You will be required to upload a completed empathetic customer persona template to a specific Moodle forum before the end of week four. In week three, you will be required to start work on your customer persona and you will receive formative feedback as a group in order to shape this summative submission. You will need to consider and include:

• Customer expectations (what do they want/need from the organisation)
• Customer motivation (What might drive/influence them to engage with the organisation?)
• Emotion (What do we want them to think/feel about the organisation?)
• Where are they (How can we best reach, connect and interact with them?)
• Barriers (What might prevent them from engaging with/buying from the organisation?)

You will receive 10% if you engage with the activity (i.e. you upload your work to Moodle) but if you fail to engage (i.e. you upload nothing) you will receive 0%.
