TASK 4 - in regards to Worlducation. Any help would be appreciated greatly!

1. In regards to Worlducation's new sustainability policies, analyse:

a) Worlducation's current business practices and how sustainable these are.

b) How Worlducation could improve their approach to sustainability.

2. New sustainability policies and procedures for Worlducation.

When creating this, make sure you include continuous improvement and implementation processes.

3. Now you have created the new sustainability policy and procedures, you need to share it with stakeholders. Set up a meeting with:

• You, acting as a team leader at Worlducation
• At least two stakeholders, as role played by other students in your unit

Use the meeting to:

• Present the new sustainability policies
• Describe how the policies can be implemented
• Gain feedback from the stakeholders on the policy and its implementation

After your meeting, record notes of what was discussed.

4. Begin the implementation of the new sustainability policies by developing an action plan. Ensure your action outlines:

a) Steps required to implement the policy (describe at least five steps)

b) Resources required for each step

c) Timelines for each step

5. It's now been 6 months since your sustainability policy for Worlducation has been implemented. A staff survey has been run to find out more about how staff at Worlducation have understood and adopted sustainable practices in the workplace.

Review the survey results and information then:

a) Summarise the results. Make sure you describe any trends or patterns in the results.

b) Analyse the results against the targets and policy you created.

c) Describe at least two areas for improvement

6. Now you have analysed the implementation of the new policy, you need to discuss your insights with stakeholders. Set up a meeting with:

• You, acting as a team leader at Worlducation
• At least two stakeholders, as role played by other students in your unit

Use the meeting to:

• Describe the implementation of the policies, including its successes and opportunities for improvement
• Seek feedback from the stakeholders
• Gain agreement on what improvements will be implemented

After your meeting, record notes of what was discussed.

7. Following on from your meeting in the previous question, describe how you will modify your sustainability policies and procedures to improve them.
