Task 8 - Meeting with team members re customer satisfaction

For this task, you will need to meet with two other BSBCUS401 Coordinate implementation of customer service strategies students who has completed and submitted their work for Section A: Knowledge Activity.These students will act as your team members.

Jacinta now asks you to meet with your team members to discuss the customer satisfaction results.

At the meeting:

Explain the following as outlined in your Presentation Slides:

oSummary of the customer satisfaction data

oDetails of any areas of concerns

oRecommendations of how to action these concerns, including any additional recommendations Jacinta suggested in Task 7 above, and

oHow these recommendations will meet ValleyView's requirements

Ask each of your team members whether they:

oneed to clarify any of this information

ohave any other recommendations to deal with these concerns, and

osupport the recommendations you presented, and any additional recommendations which may have been identified by the other team member(s)

Ensure you:

use appropriate communication, listening and questioning techniques

use a range of strategies to connect and build rapport with your team members

collaborate with your team members to contribute to the knowledge and skills needed to provide appropriate customer service for ValleyView
