Task Description

Identify a problem situation (only one Organisational Behaviour problem) by considering Uber Technologies Inc.

For example: introduction of the Uber Technologies Inc, describing the problem, in terms of the observable or measurable symptoms it manifests, for example:

-Leadership and Communication;

-Conflict, Negotiation;

-Organisation Culture;

-Change Management.

and at last issue/problem considered and analysed in terms of any materials drawn from any two topics of organisational behavior by applying a model of Organisational Behaviour and using strategic concepts to examine problem. Design an intervention (a change program or set of activities and procedures) utilising some aspect or aspects of your analysis. The intervention should be intended to solve or improve the situation.
