Good morning Justin,

We made good progress two weeks ago when we completed the two-way feedback session. I hope the process was comfortable for you and you've had some time to think about what was shared and how you will integrate the feedback into your role.

Now that you have reached the three-month mark of your time here with us, I'm pleased to say that you've passed the probationary period, and we can commence your full-time contract. This means that you'll now take on a larger case load. Congratulations!

As you know, we value and promote continual growth and accountability as part of our core values. We want to encourage everyone here to continually grow and develop in their roles and as people. As such, every year team members create a personal development plan to integrate feedback that you have received.

Take the two-way feedback that we discussed, the personal reflection you completed using the Johari Window and the feedback that you received from your client and use that information to complete the personal development plan template.

When you are done, send it back to me and we'll sit down and review it and create a plan to support you in getting to where you want to be.
