1. Add the participants of the Team Performance Plan and their job descriptions (you will need to create character names for all the participants from scenario #1 for this task);
2. Identify the organisation's vision;
3. Identify the two (2) organisation's goals;
4. Outline at least one (1) issue to be addressed;
5. Define the aim of the team plan;
6. Record the team's vision (related to the main issues);
7. Record three (3) expected outcomes once the goals are achieved (what will you see?);
8. Complete Action Plan (on template) in discussion with a colleague:
9. Establish three (3) goals for the team (from scenario #1);
10. Identify one (1) key performance indicator for each goal;
11. Identify three (3) strategies for each goal; and
12. Decide who completes the strategies and when.
13. Identify four (4) methods you would use to monitor the implementation of the Team Performance Plan.
