The ability to work well within a team is a highly valued skill in today's business environment. You are to form teams of up to Seven (7) students. Each group will investigate/analyse and create the marketing strategy/sustainable business development strategy for the Eden Garden Tools Company. The project team is required to: Conduct a marketing research to determine the marketing strategies used by the company and other industrial players for investigation or comparison. Conduct an analysis to address the industry section and potential market. Conduct an analysis to focus on the strategic marketing plan and sustainable business development theories, concepts and models that are introduced from the course. The outline for the project written report and presentation: Firm intro/business mission /Current marketing objectives of the firm Market/Industry analysis/assessment Research and analysis of the companys marketing strategies and planning Recommendations of company marketing and sustainable development strategies Findings/conclusions/recommendations/implementations References The evaluation for the project paper and presentation will include paper writing (15%), team presentation (5%) and team peer evaluation (5%). Each team submits ONE FINAL PROJECT PAPER, with all team members' names on the cover page. The report paper is to be 810 pages in length, double-spaced, 12 pt., and in any easy-to-read fond. The final paper is due on Dec. 4th. Each team will have 15-20 minutes to present their project through Zoom or send me your presentation video during your scheduled presentation time or before that time. Member from the same team may have different final grade according to team peer evaluations. Team Project Grading Rubrics 1.
