Your team is the consultancy hired to provide this analysis and recommendations:

Work in teams (access your mentor through the team coordinator)

Focus on the liquidity, risk, and working capital management aspects

Deliver a Powerpoint presentation for the Asia Regional Treasurer and the Global Treasurer (his manager at corporate HQ) that summarizes your consulting study results

Given the senior audience, you should be crisp in your recommendations, demonstrate depth of knowledge and understanding of the Acme business, and explain key assumptions your team made

Have an individual speaking role for each participating team member

Final presentations will be 15 minutes – 10 mins presenting, 5 mins Q&A from the judges
