Present your algorithm in the form of a flowchart. (b) Implement your algorithm in a program composed of functions. Make sure the program has a valid output for any user input (including out of zone).

For cases on the edge of several zones, it must be specified in the output (for example: between zone 3 and 1). ** It is not necessary use functions in part (a), if it does, each function must have its own flowchart
