You are then further required to apply the academic discussion to critically analyse the above statement. Next, you must academically evaluate the selected leadership theories. You should develop a case analysis where you have examined the challenges of ethical and responsible decision-making in dynamic and disruptive business environments in your chosen organisation/sector/industry.

And secondly, you need to give an evaluative discussion on how ethical and responsible leadership informs inclusive organisational strategy and culture and HRM operations within your identified specific organisation/sector/industry.
