THE ASSIGNMENT QUESTION:There is not at this moment a widely-accepted global standard for HRM across the whole of HRM - there do are some Standards for individual actions (youll find them by searching). Should and could there a total HR standard or not? If YES: What should it include and what are the benefits? What challenges there aree? If you say NO, justify your opinion! What other ways there would be to raise the level of HRM action in firms?

OR: If not the whole HRM can some parts or principles of HRM be subjected to uniform Quality Criteria that would suit across industry and country borders.
