This will enable creation of new designs and prototypes, creation of new ideas and concepts. By enabling employees in my organization to experiment and think out of the box, i am giving them an opportunity to innovate.

(ii) cluster networking - this acts as a catalyst as networking can provide insights into social and innovation process. My organization maintains a strong network with customers, suppliers, producers as well as retailers. They help in a direct or indirect way by giving a new solution or new technology.

(iii) knowledge management and knowledge sharing is the third catalyst. Knowledge sharing and management helps in the acquisition of knowledge, storage of knowledge, transfer of knowledge and then the application of knowledge. Knowledge management and sharing is used in my organization to disseminate and capture new knowledge. This enhances innovativeness in my organization.
