The Cosmetic Ingredient $[$ Select $]["$inappropriate$",$ "communicate", "administrative", "Hotlist", $"16",$ "Food"$]$ is an $[$ Select $]["$inappropriate$",$ "communicate", "administrative", "Hotlist", $"16",$ "Food"$]$ tool used by Health Canada to $[$ Select $]["$inappropriate$",$ "communicate", "administrative", "Hotlist", $"16",$ "Food"$]$ to manufacturers and others that certain substances may contravene the general prohibition found in section $[$ Select $]["$inappropriate$",$ "communicate", "administrative", "Hotlist", $"16",$ "Food"$]$ of the $[$ Select $]["$inappropriate$",$ "communicate", "administrative", "Hotlist", $"16",$ "Food"$]$ and Drugs Act, may contravene one or more provisions of the Cosmetic Regulations, or may otherwise be $[$ Select $]["$inappropriate$",$ "communicate", "administrative", "Hotlist", $"16",$ "Food"$]$ for use in cosmetics$.$
