The Creative Portfolio assignment is designed to compliment your Google drive Portfolio and additional course work in preparing for employment in the Event Industry. You may wish to add additional visual aids such as photos and template designs for an optimum visual appeal. This Creative Portfolio Assignment is to be completed on the Canva App and will include a minimum of 10 requirements (#1-10) listed below. Your portfolio pages should be limited to one (1) topic per page: 1.with Name- student number 2. Due diligence or statement of Ownership statement- see examples below for reference 3. Index or Table of Contents 4. Biography with professional photo or Career Summary with professional photo 5. Tagline- logo- and brand colours for your portfolio 6. Before and after photos of events- dcor- volunteering opportunities 7. Awards or certificates 8. Embedded videos- do not just post a link- this could be of your centerpiece design- a project presentation. 9. Social Media links for yourself or your brand 10. Artifacts pertaining to the visual elements of the portfolio- example: critical paths- vision/mood board/ RoomLe floorplan- all seated floorplan- revenue and expense statements- think of the class work in other classes you could place in this portfolio 11. **Press or Media documents- a press release from a class? 12. **Client Testimonials- if you have them ** the starred items are optional requirements for this assignment.
