The deliverable is a professionally prepared PowerPoint Slide Deck with references on the last slides. Professional means free of spelling or grammatical errors, the use of 18-20 font, consistent font style throughout the slides and economy of words (i.e. select use of words per each slide for ease of viewing).

The Final Project contains two key parts: (a) overview and analysis; and (b) recommendation (strategies, tactics and cost to implement) of tesla

• As for Part A, you have complete liberty in how you want to tell the story about your subject business, but the minimum requirement is a SWOT Analysis (SFAS) and a summary of the financial performance of the company.
• As for Part B, you will present your own recommendations. Consider presenting a position statement (what you are attempting to achieve with your plan and who is your target customer group). Then present your strategies (marketing, managerial and/or financial) and tactics (specific next steps with timeline) and costs to implement your plan (budget)
