The first step in writing your business report is developing a Work Plan. The workplan is the outline of your business report, and is meant to help you develop your ideas and keep you on track with your research. It specifies the who, what, where, when, why and how of a project. As part of this assignment:

The goal of the workplan assignment is to help you organize, research, and write your report. To begin, read the materials below which include the work plan lecture, work plan tutorial videos, and the assignment instructions and rubric. You will choose an industry you hope to go into and research three jobs that interest you while analyzing salary, market changes, potential problems, degrees required, etc. Essentially, you are looking at the overall outlook of the industry and/or jobs in specific industry. Maybe you aren't sure what you want to do after college, compare three jobs that interest you from various industries. Or if you are in industry, how to do you get the promotion you've been wanting?
