(2014) located in Blackboard. Use the paper to follow a process in any business with which you interact either as an employee, customer or observer. For example, you may have purchased a custom surf board and therefore have seen at first hand the many steps in the process. You may be involved in a sport club and seen how a major tour is organized and executed. Explicitly use the Order management Cycle steps outlined in the Shapiro article to describe the process.
