$4.$ Describe the workplace characteristics for each team member, utilizing the information in Chapter $3,$ particularly Table $31.$

$5.$ Provide details of the motivational preferences for each team member

$6.$ Employers do not have the power to force a person to act. However, employers can work to provide various types of incentives and rewards to influence employees and encourage improved employee performance and increased employee morale. The goal is to provide support to each team in working together to help the organization achieve its goals. To accomplish this, include a Team Motivation and Engagement Plan. The plan will describe your recommendations for helping the team to reach organizational goals by keeping the team motivated and engaged. Justify your recommendations.

$7.$ The proposal must be submitted in a business proposal format. Examples of business proposals can be found online:
