The paper you wrote in Week 6 (Assignment 7) will serve as a foundation to further develop your ideas incorporating more research into the final paper this week. The topic of the final paper is on the different delivery methods. The three traditional delivery methods are hard bid, construction management and design build. The paper should provide a brief summary of what each of the delivery methods are and the differences between them. However, I would like for you to focus much of your writing on the advantages and disadvantages of each of them from both the contractor's, designer's, Building trades', and owner's perspectives. Personal experiences are welcome but should not make up the bulk of the paper. The final paper should be between 4 - 5 pages in length
