The Performance Plan will include: a) Goals and Objectives - Outline overall goal for the action plan. Should be one short sentence. - Identify 4 objectives. One objective must deal with workforce capability. b) Timeline - Needs to include specific times for objective implementation. - Can be a Gantt chart, table or spreadsheet. c) Performance Targets and KPIs. - Identify one target and KPI for each objective. - KPI must have a unit of measurement of performance such as timeframe, $ figure, % or number. d) Communication with stakeholders - Must identify three stakeholders you would consult with. One must be from finance. - Discuss what you would communicate such as financial request. - Identify timelines and accountabilities. e) Feedback Strategies - Strategies that you will use to provide feedback to management and your team about action plan progress and any unresolved issues. - Discussion on why you would use those strategies - Discussion on how you will encourage, reward and value your team. - Feedback could be via email, face to face or virtual meetings. f) Monitoring and Review strategies. - Outline three ways you will monitor and review the action plan to stay on track to meet goals
