The project will be a proposal to solve a problem in a real business-like entity. You are asked to use a case study type approach to a written report where you will do the following: (1) Describe the entity with a brief description of the business including structure, processes, service/product provided, and a brief history if that helps clarify the project (decision) statement, (2) Describe the core decision statement including situation, background, and importance/significance of the decision, (3) Possible actions to resolve the problem statement including decision criteria, potential benefits (positive outcomes) of each decision option, and potential drawbacks (negative outcomes) of each as well, and (4) choose the best solution to the decision statement including proposing a clear choice / decision, support to justify the choice you made (benefits, risks), and propose a course of action for implementation of the decision. All four of those aspects MUST be included in your report
