The purpose of this task is to create a process map for performing a task of Accounting. The process map will identify the steps that are needed to perform the task which will help anyone to perform the task without understanding anything else. Task details: The following tasks were identified for process maps. 1. Customer makes a purchase order and sends to your company. 2. Purchase order is received in the sales department. 3. Sales department sends the Purchase Order to Warehouse. 4. Warehouse checks the inventory. 5. If inventory is at the warehouse, Warehouse department ships the products to the customer. 6. If inventory is not at the warehouse, the warehouse orders the products from suppliers. 7. Suppliers send the product to the warehouse and warehouse receives the product. 8. Warehouse sends the shipping documents to sales department. 9. Paper invoice is prepared by Sales Department and sends to customer. 10. Customer make payment by mailing in checks. 11. Suppliers are paid by checks, checks are issued and signed once a week
