The reflection paper will summarize and describe all the significant learning experiences that have occurred since you started at schooling and describe the new knowledge, values, and/or skills acquired during the program. The paper should be in narrative form and identify your chosen area of study (business leadership), and future career path. (human resources)

The paper should address each of the Big Six Competencies and the significance of each to your personal and professional success with examples of growth and/or reflection in these competencies since beginning the program. Reflect on your past and present experiences and incorporate how you will apply this knowledge going forward. Professional examples should be used whenever possible but personal growth and development is also appropriate. You may also use specific examples from classes you have taken.

The paper should also include a section that describes how your leadership competencies apply to your career field and area of study. So what might this look like when it's all put together? See the framework below.
