The team evolution has five stages: forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning. In my role as a Marketing Manager at a non-profit, our teamwork primarily revolves around planning events, fundraisers, marketing campaigns, and more. I oversee one employee who handles fundraising. To support them, I have weekly meetings with them and check-ins daily to see how their tasks are doing and offer any guidance or support where it may be needed. I am currently giving them social media etiquette training, and once they have completed that, they will be able to monitor some of our social media commentary. That would be considered norming
