1. Understand your probationary period. 2. Keep a log of your accomplishments and activities in preparation for your annual review. 3. Find a mentor. Other than finding a mentor (which has been covered elsewhere), how valuable is this advice? Is there anything that should be added? Have you ever seen someone crash and burn for failing to follow the advice above? Explain.
