Situation:

Consider that you$/$your group works for a food bank in Houston. Since the Coronavirus

pandemic food banks are struggling to meet the growing demand for their services as

volunteers are slow to return and donations become scarce. The food bank would like

your help in the Improve Phase of a project to increase food and monetary donations.

You want to recommend the best solution$/$method to increase the donations after

evaluating all the available options against the most important criteria. Use the activities

below to help your organization make the best decision possible.

Instructions:

Use information from you$$re the slides and course content to assist you with the

activities that follow. Be sure to follow the $$best practices$$ for each tool you use in this

workshop.

Use a Prioritization Matrix to assist your team in recommending the best option to solve

the problem.

Activities:
