There are 4 columns in this excel sheet. They all contain dates and time data. Write a formula that says, if there is a value(date and time) in the resolved column copy it to the calculated column. But if the resolved column is blank(like in row 4), use the closed column and copy that information to the calculated column. and do that for every row.
