There are 5 columns in this excel sheet. They all contain dates and time data. Each row has its own ticket data. For example row one(first ticket) has a record of when it has been created, resolved and closed. Do the following:

- Write a formula that Calculates the duration the ticket has been created(column b) and resolved(column c) and put the result in the Calculated Duration column. For example, look at row 2(first ticket). A ticket was created on 03/30/2020 at 15:44, and resolved on 03/31/2020 at 12:45. Which means on the calculated column(column E) it should show 21 hours it took to close, or you can put 0 days and 21 hour, whichever is more simple.
