There are several challenges faced by the organization in regards to the newly legalization of recreational marijuana. First and foremost, safety concerns. Could not get laws changed to exclude construction industry and the law protects the individual from being fired, however, the clients have the right to exclude those who test positive from their property. Incentives have been made for those in the apprenticeship program to promote an impairment free environment. Furthermore, we discussed the challenges management has and how they address those with workers from each generation of the current workforce.
