To give the best advice to ComSyst Technologies (CST)

- Who is CST?

A multi-national company which develops software and systems (serving in defence and emergency services industry). They have offices in Australia, New Zealand, The united states, Philippines, India and South Korea.

- Why are we going to consult them about?

They have lost three tenders to competitors. Some of their best staffs have left the company.

- What are the obvious problems of the company?

Poor people management issues, including (poor employment performance, low employee engagement, staffs dont stay long in the organization, competitors has gained a technological advancements)

- What we will investigate and report on?

Probable reasons for above problems such as:

Maybe there is lack of motivation (it is why there is poor employee performance) and how we can improve. (Module 1)

The organization is multi-national. Maybe the problem is in organizational culture and behaviour. (Module 1)

Maybe they have communication problems (Module 2)

Maybe there is lack of positive conflicts and there are lots of negative conflicts (Module 2)

Maybe there is problem in negotiation (module 2) or managing and coping with recent changes (like COVID 19) (module 2)

Maybe they have recruitment, selection and managing people problem (module 3)

Or maybe they have problems in developing people and team.

In general, we should find the reason behind their problems and solve it through what we have learnt so far.
