They have lost three tenders to competitors. Some of their best staffs have left the company.

- What are the obvious problems of the company?

Poor people management issues, including (poor employment performance, low employee engagement, staffs dont stay long in the organization, competitors has gained a technological advancements)

Probable reasons for above problems such as:

Maybe there is lack of motivation (it is why there is poor employee performance) and how we can improve. (Module 1)
