This assignment aims to encourage the student to apply the theory to a real-life problem. You are working as a newly appointed enterprise architect at hospital as an enterprise architect. Your line manager requires to investigate the process end to end process of the hospital and come up with an enterprise model. Please do basic desktop research or use the experience you have of typical processes that a client undergoes in a typical bank. This is important as your processes should correlate with reality. Required: 1. Follow the logical order of activities to do when doing basic modelling to prepare a model of the process using PowerPoint or MS Visio. 2. Write a report, explaining every step you took in this process and ending with a refined model of the process. Logical high-level activities in the modelling process: a) Establish the purpose, scope and focus of the model. b) Selecting one or more viewpoints to create the model. c) Create and structure the model. d) Visualising the model - PowerPoint or MS Visio. e) Using the model to communicate. f) Maintain the model - an iterative process of showing an iteration of the original model after discussing it with stakeholders
