The following should be performed: Your project should contain four phases: Initiating Phase, Planning Phase, Executing Phase, Closing Phase The Initiating Phase contains the work related to your decision of what school/program to attend The Planning Phase contains the work related to your preparation for travelling to the new country The Executing Phase contains the work related to your travel and preparations in the new country The Closing Phase contains the work related to your orientation activities and first day of class Each of the Work Packages from your WBS should be placed into the appropriate Phase in your MSG Project Schedule For each Work Package, define the Activities needed to complete the Work Package For each Activity, define the: Assigned To (this should be you in most cases; do not assign these activities to stakeholders such as the college, government officials, etc.) Duration Progress (should be 0% at this point) Do not enter the Start Date at this point (this will be done in the next assignment) Your schedule should contain all Work Packages that were contained in your Work Breakdown Structure.
