Your task is to have and analyze a hospitality encounter throughout the course. Think of this as a case study. It would be beneficial if you could partake in different kinds of experiences but ultimately, they are your choice. Find something that is intriguing to you- a restaurant you have never dined at, a hotel youve never stayed at, or someplace youve already tried but without your HM focus googles on. You will be asked to think about it from as many aspects of the hospitality industry as possible. If you have any questions about whether an experience is suitable, then ask.
